They’re designed to be wrapped tightly around the wheel handle, just like a tennis racket grip. Start from the bottom, overlap about half the width as you go up, and pull firmly while wrapping to ensure a snug fit. Once in place, use the black finishing tape included in the kit to secure the ends.
