Ordered this product for my partner for Christmas and while he hasn’t yet recieved it I can tell it feels super sturdy and he’s gonna love it! I had a bit of an issue/confusion with an Australia post notification so I emailed customer service and they got back to me within 30 minutes! Cannot fault the customer service at all they were incredible to deal with explaining everything I needed (package said it was ready to collect from a post office 2 hours from my location) and reassured that they’d chase it up if the package stayed at that post office, Big thank you to the service team for being so pleasant to communicate with !
